  • How do I cancel an order?
    You may cancel an order before it is shipped out by contacting us via the contact us page with your order number. Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we can no longer process any cancellations
  • Do you ship to my country?
    Yes! We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping rates will vary based on location.
  • When will my order arrive?
    We usually dispatch orders within 2 working days. Express shipping: 2 - 8 business days Standard shipping: 7 - 18 business days
  • Where do I get my tracking details?
    All orders come with a tracking number which you will receive in your shipment confirmation email.
  • What payment methods do you accept?

  • Are my card details safe?

  • What is your warranty policy?
    All FeelFresh products come with an extended 12 months warranty for any manufacturing defects, valid after registration of warranty. Drop us an email at contact@feelfreshly.com and quote your order number along with any images or videos of the defects. Our customer support team will get back to you as soon as possible and let you know the next steps.
  • Must I activate my warranty?
    Yes! Please register your warranty at https://www.feelfreshly.com/warranty-activation within 30 days of receiving your product in order for your product warranty to be valid. Products without warranty registration will not be eligible for the 1 year warranty.
  • What is your return policy?
    We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Should you not be fully satisfied with our products or if you change your mind within 15 days of you receiving your order, we’ll refund your order in full. Just email us at contact@feelfreshly.com and our customer service team will assist you. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the product back to us. We reserve the right to refuse orders and refunds, including those which our payments processing partners have identified as fraudulent.
  • When will I receive my refund?
    Your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days of us receiving your returned order and may take up to 2 business days to be returned to your account.
